This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which Blazesndo will provide refunds or returns for its WhatsApp API service ("Service").

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Blazesndo offers a full refund within 2 days of your initial purchase of the Service if you are not satisfied for any reason. After the 2-day window, refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis at Blazesndo's sole discretion.

1.2 Reasons for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

- The Service is demonstrably not functioning as described.

- You encounter technical issues that Blazesndo cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

- Overages in usage charges.

- Service fees for additional months or years that have already been used.

1.4 Return Process

To request a refund, please contact Blazesndo customer support by support@blazesndo.com. You will be required to provide your account information and a brief explanation for requesting a refund.

1.5 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of Blazesndo's approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.6 Changes to this Policy

BBlazesndo reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Policy on our website. The revised Policy will be effective immediately after it is posted.
